Why this exists

The founder of Franchise Caliber brings 18 years of Fortune 500 enterprise operations and program management, then operated a franchise end to end. The investment decision was made with more financial information than most buyers have access to, and the hardest problems still did not surface until after signing.

Not because the research wasn't done. Because the research being done was the wrong research. The FDD was reviewed. The earnings claims in Item 19 looked reasonable. The validation calls were completed. And still, the operational realities, the fee compounding, the territory dynamics, and the support gap between what was promised in the sales process and what was delivered after signing were not visible until it was too late.

The tools on this site exist because no amount of goodwill and hard work can fix a deal with broken unit economics. Those problems have to be found before the signature, not after. That is what this platform is built to do.
