Franchise Caliber provides AI-powered franchise due diligence tools and educational resources. Our products include the AI FDD Analyzer, financial calculators, and related franchise analysis tools.

Educational Purpose

All content, analysis, and reports generated by our tools are for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on this website or in our products constitutes legal advice, financial advice, or a recommendation to invest or not invest in any franchise opportunity.

Advisory scope: Our AI-powered tools analyze franchise documents for operational and financial patterns. They do not replace the advice of a qualified franchise attorney, CPA, or licensed financial advisor. We strongly recommend consulting all three before making any franchise investment decision.

AI FDD Analyzer - Product Terms

Each purchase of the AI FDD Analyzer provides one (1) analysis of one (1) Franchise Disclosure Document. The analysis is generated by AI technology and is delivered as an on-screen results dashboard and downloadable PDF report.

Each purchase generates a unique, single-use access link. Once an analysis has been completed, the access link cannot be reused for a new analysis. To analyze additional FDDs, a separate purchase is required.

Analysis results are generated by AI and may not identify every risk or issue in your FDD. The quality and completeness of the analysis depends on the text provided. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the AI-generated analysis.

Franchise Decision Kit - Product Terms

The Franchise Decision Kit is a digital product that provides access to a suite of franchise evaluation tools, including the AI FDD Analyzer, Franchise Comparison Tool, Negotiation Simulator, Validation Call Scripts, and Financial Stress-Test Model.

Access is delivered immediately after purchase via a unique portal link. Your access does not expire. All tools within the Franchise Decision Kit are powered by AI technology, and results depend on the quality and completeness of the information you provide.

The Franchise Decision Kit is intended as a decision-support tool. It does not replace professional legal, financial, or accounting advice. We do not guarantee that the tools will identify every risk or produce results applicable to your specific situation.

Systems Playbook - Product Terms

The Systems Playbook is a custom-built operational package created specifically for your business concept. After purchase, you will be prompted to provide details about your business through an intake process. Your Systems Playbook will be delivered within two (2) business days of receiving your completed intake information.

The Systems Playbook includes six customized deliverables: Standard Operating Procedures, a Financial Model, a Marketing Launch Playbook, a Technology Setup Guide, a 90-Day Implementation Calendar, and a Hiring Toolkit. All deliverables are tailored to the business information you provide during intake, are AI-generated and reviewed before delivery, and are provided as editable documents you own permanently.

Delivery is considered complete when the Systems Playbook package is sent to the email address associated with your purchase. If you do not submit your intake information within 30 days of purchase, the Systems Playbook is still available upon request, but delivery timelines reset from the date we receive your completed intake.

Refund Policy

Digital Products (AI FDD Analyzer, Franchise Decision Kit): Due to the digital nature of these products and the immediate delivery of AI-generated analysis, all sales of digital products are final. If you experience a technical issue that prevents your analysis from completing, contact us and we will work to resolve the issue or provide a replacement analysis.

Systems Playbook ($297): Because the Systems Playbook is a custom-built deliverable created specifically for your business, all sales are final once your intake information has been submitted and work has begun. If you request a cancellation before submitting your intake information, a full refund will be issued within 5-7 business days. If you experience a quality issue with your delivered Systems Playbook, contact us and we will work to address your concerns.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share the FDD content you paste into our tool. Most FDDs are provided to prospective franchisees for their review and due diligence. You agree not to use our tools for any unlawful purpose.

Privacy of Your Data

FDD text you submit is processed for analysis purposes only and is not stored after your session. See our Privacy Policy for complete details on how we handle your information.

Intellectual Property

All content, tools, frameworks, methodologies, scoring systems, algorithms, report formats, copy, design elements, and trade dress on this website and within our products are the exclusive intellectual property of Franchise Caliber and are protected by United States copyright law, trade secret law, and applicable state and federal law.

What is protected: This includes, without limitation: the FDD risk detection methodology and pattern library; the franchise scoring algorithm and weighted evaluation criteria used in the Franchise Comparison Tool; the Operations Gap Analysis framework and category weighting system; the Systems Playbook and Systems Playbook templates and structure; all written content, educational frameworks, checklists, and decision trees; the FDD Analyzer prompt architecture and output format; all tool interfaces, user flows, and interactive design; and the Negotiation Simulator scenario design and coaching framework.

Permitted use: Your generated reports and deliverables are licensed for your personal due diligence use only. You may share them with your attorney, CPA, financial advisor, or business partners for purposes directly related to your own franchise or business decision. This license is non-transferable and does not extend to any commercial use.

Prohibited conduct: You may not copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, reverse-engineer, adapt, modify, create derivative works from, sell, sublicense, or otherwise exploit any part of our website, tools, frameworks, or deliverables without our express written permission. This prohibition applies to: the scoring formulas and weighting criteria used in our evaluation tools; the prompt structures, output formats, and analysis patterns used by our AI tools; the written frameworks, templates, and educational content on this site; and the overall system design and product architecture of our tool suite. Accessing our tools for the purpose of building a competing product or service is a material violation of these Terms and may give rise to legal liability.

Enforcement: Franchise Caliber actively monitors for unauthorized reproduction of our content, tools, and methodologies. Violations will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law, including injunctive relief, damages, and recovery of attorneys' fees where available.

Feedback and submissions: Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to us about our products may be used by Franchise Caliber without restriction or compensation to you.

Limitation of Liability

Franchise Caliber provides tools and information to assist with franchise due diligence. We are not liable for investment decisions made based on our analysis. Franchise investments carry inherent risk, and past franchise failures do not guarantee future outcomes for any specific opportunity.

Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product at issue.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that AI analysis will identify all risks in a franchise opportunity, that our tools will be error-free, or that results will be accurate in all cases.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
